Apple distributes fourth watchOS 10 developer beta

Apple has handed out the fourth build of watchOS 10 to developer beta participants to test out.Developers in the beta program can get the latest versions via the Apple Developer Center or updating their devices with the beta software. Public beta versions are usually made available shortly after the developer releases through the Apple Beta Software Program.
